Traditional punch is most often an alcoholic drink with fruit juice, to which pieces of fruit, sugar or honey, various spices and herbs are added. Due to the popularity of the drink, its recipe is changing and supplemented: today it is prepared with or without alcohol, hot or cold, with fruits or berries and any spices. For non-alcoholic orange punch, take orange and apple juice, as well as the classic spices for this drink - ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
Step 1

Prepare the punch. Combine the orange and apple juice in a saucepan, then pour in the lemon juice. Add honey and simmer over low heat. When the juice and honey boil, add a piece of ginger and spices, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then add the fruit pieces and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Serve the finished citrus punch hot in a deep mug or hot drink glass.
