
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.

Cut the dough into strips 3-4 cm wide.

Place the strips of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each strip with beaten egg. Sprinkle the puff pastry with sugar on top.

Sprinkle the top of the puff pastries with sugar and cinnamon.

Place the puff pastries in the oven to bake at 180℃ for 10-15 minutes.

The cinnamon puffs are ready. Enjoy!
