Prepare the dough. Mix sugar and eggs, beat thoroughly. Pour in milk and melted butter. Add salt and mix until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in portions. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a thick, viscous dough.
Bake the waffles. Heat the waffle iron and grease it with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the waffle iron and cook the waffles for about 3 minutes. Watch carefully so that they do not burn.
Prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate with milk in a double boiler or microwave, stirring thoroughly until you get a thick consistency. Pour the resulting topping over the wafers.
