
Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Break the egg into a separate bowl and beat with a fork or whisk.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 20x30 cm.

Place banana and chocolate pieces alternately on the edge of the dough.

Spread a thick layer of Nutella over the chocolate and banana. Make crosswise cuts on the dough, without reaching the filling.

Roll the roll and wrap it into a ring.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ring on the parchment paper.

Brush the ring with egg and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C. The ring should brown and the chocolate inside should melt.

The ring is ready. Carefully transfer it to a serving plate.
