First of all, pour the gelatin into a bowl, fill it with water and leave it to swell.
In a saucepan, mix the cream, add sugar and vanilla and place on the stove.
Bring the cream to a boil and stir it continuously. Bring to a boil.
Turn off the stove, combine the swollen gelatin and cream and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the creamy mixture into the bowl with the chocolate glaze. Stir and pour the panna cotta into the moulds.
Place the panna cotta in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and your dessert is ready!
