
Take a vegetable cutting board. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, grate the carrots on a large grater. Shred the Chinese cabbage, and cut the onion into half rings.

Take a saucepan and pour in meat broth and water in a ratio of 1:2. Put it on the gas and bring to a boil.

Take a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Fry half rings of onion and grated carrots until golden brown.
