Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes.
Place the chicken in a bowl, add soy sauce and chicken spices. Stir. Leave the chicken to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, cut the carrots into thin strips.
Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet over high heat for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add carrots and green beans to the chicken. Fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes until done. It is better to cook the carrots to the state of "al dente": they should be elastic and slightly firm. Season with pepper.
Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
