Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey and black pepper.
Cut the chicken wings. Remove the pointed part of the wing. Cut the fleshy wing in half at the joint.
Place the wings in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over them. Leave them to marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat the frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil and add the wings.
Fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes on both sides over medium heat until fully cooked and a beautiful dark golden crust.
The wings in soy-honey sauce are ready. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and garnish with thin slices of radish. Enjoy your meal.
