Step 1

Place the wings in a deep bowl. Add ketchup or tomato sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and spices. Mix thoroughly, let the wings marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Place the marinated wings in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on each side until golden brown.

Place the finished wings on a serving plate. Garnish the wings with fresh chopped herbs and sliced cherry tomatoes.
