Chicken thighs are the basis of many dishes. They can be cooked quickly and in a variety of ways: fried in a frying pan, baked in the oven with vegetables and potatoes, grilled on a shashlik or added to pilaf. A universal way to cook chicken thighs is to bake them in the oven. In this way, you can cook chicken simply in a marinade or, for example, add cheese to it. This combination of flavors will give the dish additional tenderness. And in order for the chicken to remain juicy, the thighs must be marinated beforehand.
Step 1

Peel the garlic and cut the cloves into thin slices.
Step 2

Cut the cheese into slices.
Step 3

Place the cheese slices under the skin of the thigh so that they are on the meat.
Step 4

Salt, pepper and season the chicken thighs.
Step 5

Place the thighs in a baking dish. Grease the chicken with mayonnaise, add garlic and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6

Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
