Chicken stuffed with mushrooms is a real festive dish. For stuffing chicken, we chose champignons, but you can replace them, for example, with porcini mushrooms.
Mushrooms cut, mix with chopped prunes, salt and pepper.
Grease the inside of the chicken with oil, stuff with the mushroom mixture, rub the outside with paprika and grease with mayonnaise.
Roast on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200˚С for 40 minutes. Put the chicken on lettuce leaves, garnish with lemon and olives.
