Transfer the meat to a paper towel and pat dry.
Wrap each piece with bacon. On each skewer, chop 3 pieces of meat, alternating with vegetables.
Salt and pepper on top. Fry the skewers in the remaining oil for 10 minutes. Periodically turning the kebab, pouring the remaining marinade.
