Tender and juicy chicken cooked on coals with berry sauce will decorate your stay in nature.
Grate the chicken with paprika, place in a marinating container, crush the garlic, sprinkle with sugar and pour over the soy sauce. Mix everything well. Leave to marinate.
For the sauce, cut the strawberries into halves (quarters), squeeze the juice from the orange, finely chop the mint and basil. Place a small skillet over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil. Add strawberries and simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour in the juice and put the greens. Simmer until thickened.
Grill the chicken.
