Try the savory chicken fillet.
We combine all the spices.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, oil and grated garlic. We mix everything well.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, pour the marinade over and leave to marinate (preferably overnight).
We dress pieces of meat alternating with zucchini on skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) or on skewers.
We fry the kebab over hot coals, or when there is no such possibility, we send our kebab to the oven for grill mode for 35-40 minutes, turn several times so that all sides are browned. Serve shish kebab on lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
