The most affordable and everyone's favorite is chicken skewers.
We make a marinade from soy sauce, vinegar and spices.
We put the chicken parts (I have drumsticks and wings) in a bag and pour the marinade over, mix and tie the bag. And we go with this bag to the dacha or the river, and in the meantime the barbecue is marinated.
We kindle the coals, put the kebab on the barbecue grill.
Roast over coals until cooked.
