
Cut the mushrooms, onions, eggs and chicken into small cubes.

Take a coarse grater and grate the cheese.

Place a frying pan with olive or vegetable oil on medium heat. Put the champignons on it. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

Add onion to the mushrooms and continue frying until both onion and mushrooms are fully cooked.

Place the chicken, mushrooms and onions in a deep plate. Add eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients.
