Prepare the necessary products, lightly beat the fillet with a hammer to soften the main ingredient. Leave the butter to defrost in advance, it should reach room temperature.
Grease the beaten fillet with mayonnaise, put the marinated mushrooms on top. Carefully put 1 or 2 pieces of ham on the mushrooms, cover with slices of cheese on top.
