Wash chicken breasts, dry thoroughly. Put on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off to a thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm.
Crush the cloves and allspice with a pestle. Mix ketchup with soy sauce, add pepper and cloves to the mixture. Let it brew for 15 min.
Cut the cheddar into 4 pieces. Place a piece of cheddar in the center of each breast. Roll the breasts into rolls, set aside.
Arrange 3 strips of bacon on a cutting board, overlapping slightly. Lay the chicken roll on one side and wrap it in bacon. Wrap the remaining rolls in the same way.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment. Generously grease the breasts with the prepared sauce, put on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
