Chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach soup.
Boil chicken fillet. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, sauté onions and carrots. Add thyme.
Add chicken and vegetables, pour boiling water so that the vegetables are covered. Boil 10 min.
Add onions with carrots. Cook for 10 more minutes. Grind everything with a blender.
Serve with greens and crackers. Enjoy your meal!
