Cut the chicken flesh into small, but preferably the same size pieces. Marinate in soy sauce, 2 hours is enough (if you don’t like soy sauce, just salt, then you don’t need to marinate).
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and put the already marinated chicken pieces into it (if not marinated in soy sauce, add salt).
Grind corn flakes in a blender (mortar or in any convenient way), the main thing is not to dust. We fish out our pieces from a beaten egg and roll them well in the resulting breading.
We spread the breaded pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. This is enough time to cook golden, crispy chicken nuggets.
Serve with sour cream and vegetables or any side dish.
