
Select large pieces of liver.

Heat oil in a frying pan and add the liver.

Fry the liver over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the bacon slices on a board and place a piece of fried liver on the edge of each slice.

Wrap the liver in bacon.

Fry the bacon and liver rolls over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is browned.

Decorate the finished dish with arugula or any greens to your taste. Enjoy your meal.
