Place the drumsticks in a deep plate, add spices, salt to taste and a few spoons of sour cream. Stir to distribute the sauce evenly over the chicken.
In a small bowl, break 1 egg and beat it with a fork.
Finely chop the garlic. Crush it with the wide side of a knife first, this will release more juice.
Add garlic to marinated chicken drumsticks. Stir.
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry.
Cut the dough into even strips 5-7 cm wide.
Roll each leg into a strip of dough.
Line a baking tray with paper. Place the chicken legs in the dough on it, brush with beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove the finished legs from the oven, place them on a plate and sprinkle with herbs. Serve the dish with sour cream.
