In our consumer basket, poultry meat has come to occupy a leading position compared to pork, beef, and lamb. Poultry is easy to cook and contains a huge amount of nutrients. If we consider chicken, then depending on the quality of processing and fatness of the meat, it is divided into categories. The first category includes well-fed chickens with well-developed muscle tissue and fat deposits. The second category, accordingly, includes birds with satisfactory developed muscles and a smaller fat layer.
