Small but so useful chicken hearts. The weight of one heart is about 25 grams, but these 25 grams contain a lot of iron, which has a beneficial effect on hematopoiesis and prevents the development of anemia. In addition to iron, the hearts contain many essential amino acids, i.e. amino acids that are not synthesized by the cells of our body, and therefore can only be obtained from outside.
Step 1

Melt the butter in a well-heated frying pan and fry the chicken hearts over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown.
Step 2

Add sour cream and mustard to the pan.
Step 3

Add finely chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper and any herbs to taste to the hearts.
Step 4

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and simmer the hearts under a closed lid over low heat for 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir the dish.
Step 5

Serve the hearts garnished with fresh herbs.
