Cut the chicken into pieces. Boil pasta, put in a colander, dry and mix with 40 g of butter. Place half of the pasta in an oiled gratin dish, add the chicken layer, then the remaining pasta.
Mix half of the cheese with cream, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and pour over the gratin with this mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Bake in the oven at 200ÂșC for about 15 minutes.
