
Finely chop the onion.

Cut the chicken into 1-1.5 cm cubes.

Finely chop the parsley and garlic.

Place sour cream in a bowl and add parsley.

Also add garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl.

Stir the contents of the bowl.

Place the chicken in a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.

Fry until the chicken turns white. Add the onion.

Fry until the onion becomes translucent. Add flour.

Fry for another 2-3 minutes, then add the sauce.

Stir the contents of the pan. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
