Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise horizontally, without cutting the knife all the way through. Unfold the fillet halves like a book – you should get a wide medallion 1.5 cm thick. Beat the chicken with a hammer or the butt (back) of a knife.

Salt and pepper the chicken to taste. Add chicken seasoning if desired. Rub the fillet with spices on both sides.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the chicken fillet for 5 minutes on each side over low heat.

Place grated cheese on the finished hot fillet. The heat of the chicken should melt the cheese a little.

Cut the burger bun lengthwise horizontally into two parts.

Spread ketchup on the bottom of the bun.

Top with salad and fried chicken fillet with cheese.

Place 2 tomato slices and red onion rings on top of the chicken.

Spread the other half of the bun with ketchup and cover the burger with it.

The chicken breast burger is ready.
Secure the burger with a wooden skewer. Garnish with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and pickled cucumber slices. Enjoy.
