
In a deep bowl, mix flour with butter until it forms crumbs.

Add 2 eggs and salt to the flour and butter mixture.

Knead the dough, form a ball out of it and put it in a suitable container. Cover with a towel or cling film. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Cut the champignons into slices.

Fry the chicken and mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and distribute it over the form, forming the sides. Trim off any uneven edges. Using a fork, make many small holes in the dough.

Place the chicken and mushroom filling on the dough.

Mix thoroughly 1 cup of cream and 2 eggs and a cup of cream. Add salt and pepper.

Pour the creamy egg mixture over the chicken and mushrooms.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake the quiche in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
