
Pat the fillet dry with a paper towel and cut lengthwise down the middle, then across. You should get small slices.

Place the chicken pieces in a deep container. Add a tablespoon of oil, grainy mustard, salt and pepper. Mix and leave the chicken for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and separate the grapefruit segments from the membranes.

Make the salad dressing. Chop the chili pepper, ginger, garlic, and cilantro, and place everything in a small bowl.

Add lime zest and juice, soy sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix everything together.

Now you can start cooking the chicken. Heat the frying pan well, pour in a tablespoon of oil, wait until it heats up and put in the marinated fillet.

Fry over medium heat until done. It is very important not to dry out the chicken!

Place the salad mix in a deep plate.

Place the fried chicken on top.

Place grapefruit slices on top.

Garnish the salad with half rings of red onion.

Serve the dressing in a bowl or sauce boat next to it. The chicken and grapefruit salad is ready!
