
Fry the vegetables and shrimp. Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Cut the pepper and garlic into small pieces and fry on low heat for about 3 minutes until softened, then remove from the frying pan. Fry the shrimp in the same frying pan until golden brown, about 30 seconds on each side. Don't forget to turn over in time. Turn off the heat and put the cooked shrimp on a plate.

Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and pepper in a separate bowl. Add a little oil from the frying pan and taste the resulting mixture. Add salt if necessary.

Prepare the salad. Tear the arugula with your hands and place it on a plate, put the shrimp and halved cherry tomatoes on top, pour the dressing over it. Then grate the cheese on top in long strips.
