
Mix all dry ingredients (salt, sugar, flour) in a separate deep bowl.

Mix milk with yeast.

While constantly kneading the dough, add the dry part to the milk.

Add vegetable oil. Knead the dough until smooth.

Cover with a clean dry towel and leave for 45-60 minutes.

Place frozen cherries in a frying pan. Sprinkle with sugar and add cloves. Cook over low heat until sugar is completely melted.

When the dough has risen, cut it into even pieces and roll out the pie blanks.

Add one and a half spoons of cherry jam to each pie. Form the desired shape.

Heat a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil and fry the pies on both sides.

Place the finished pies on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
