Prepare the ingredients. Grate the Parmesan and mozzarella on a fine grater. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the dill sprigs and shake off excess water. Cut off and discard the stems, and finely chop the fluffy part.
Mix cheese, herbs and spices. Place cream cheese, grated Parmesan and mozzarella, sliced cucumbers and dill in a deep container. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare the mixture for the top layer. Fry the bacon on both sides, cool and cut into small pieces. Grate the cheddar cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the clean dill sprigs, removing the stems. Place the bacon, cheddar and dill in a flat plate and mix well. Form balls from the resulting cheese mass.
Roll the cheese. Roll the cheese, greens and cucumber balls on all sides in a mixture of bacon, cheddar and dill. Put the finished snack in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
