
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Place the cheese (you can put it in 2 layers) on one slice of bread (on the side that you didn't butter). Cover the cheese with another slice of bread (butter side out).

Fry the sandwich in a frying pan over moderate heat until it has a delicious crust, 1.5-2 minutes on each side. During this time, the cheese filling will melt. The oil you greased the bread with is enough for frying, so do not grease the frying pan additionally, otherwise the sandwiches will be too greasy.
