
Chop the onion and dill into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Form small balls from the dough. Using a rolling pin, turn each into a round flat cake.

Place the filling on one half of the flatbread, then cover it with the other half of the flatbread. Pinch the edges lightly with your fingers.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pie blanks there. Brush with a mixture of raw egg.

Place the baking tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes. Done, enjoy!
