Prepare the base for the potato dough. To do this, grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater, put them in a bowl. Then squeeze the potatoes.
Grate the peeled onion and garlic, then grate the cheese.
Add two eggs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix until smooth. Then add flour and mix again.
Form thin pancakes. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, then put the pancakes in. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
Place the finished potato pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
