Prepare the egg mixture. Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk, soy sauce, pepper, add grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
Fry the egg roll in a frying pan. Pour half of the egg mixture onto a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, spread it into an even layer and fry for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the frying pan and carefully roll the “set” omelette into a roll. Pour the remaining egg mixture onto the frying pan and fry for the same 3-5 minutes. Then wrap the first egg roll in the second portion of the omelette. Cut the finished roll into portions.
