Prepare the chips. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Place mounds of grated cheese on the baking sheet at a distance of 4-5 cm from each other. Cover the mounds of cheese with baking paper. Roll out lightly with a rolling pin. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180℃. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool.
