Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and salt. Then add warm milk, flour, dry yeast and mix everything well. Gather the dough into a lump.
Add butter to the dough and knead it in. The dough will be smooth and tender. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a dark place for 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough. Place the filling closer to the edge and roll the bun into a crescent shape, pinch the edges.
Brush the buns with the egg mixture and leave for 5 minutes. Place the baking tray with the buns in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
