Peel the apples from the peel and seeds, remove the core. Cut into circles and pour over the squeezed juice of orange and lemon, add cinnamon, mix.
Grate the zest on a fine grater. Beat the eggs with sugar until stiff foam, add salt and zest. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough, add milk at the end.
In a greased form, lay the dough and apples in layers. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C, then 20 minutes at 160 and 140°C.
