Grilled champignon mushrooms are a recipe for a simple dietary dish. 100 g of this product contains only 27 kcal. Most often, grilled mushrooms are cooked in the oven or on an electric grill. Experienced chefs advise frying champignons with vegetables. To prevent the mushrooms from burning, it is recommended to cook them whole. The dish can only be prepared from fresh products; frozen and pickled mushrooms are not suitable.
Step 1

Prepare the mushrooms for marinating. Place the dried champignons in a deep bowl, add the crushed garlic, spices and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2

Grill the mushrooms. Take skewers soaked in water and thread the marinated champignons onto them. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Switch the oven to the grill mode and bake for 15 minutes.
