Pickled mushrooms are often used in salad recipes. Champignons marinated in mayonnaise are a good base for salads or a separate snack. Champignons are a low-calorie product, contain a large amount of protein and iron. Pickling allows you to preserve all the nutrients. It is better to choose young champignons. They are easy to recognize: by their elastic white or cream cap.
Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and dill in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Add the mushrooms to the marinade, cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
