Finely chop the garlic, place in a separate bowl and mix with soy sauce.
Add the mushrooms to the soy sauce and garlic and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Place the mushrooms on skewers.
Wrap each champignon with a strip of bacon. Place the champignons on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
