Ceviche bachice with tuna and papaya

Ingredients

Step 1

Mix lime juice and orange juice. Add honey, sugar and salt. Let it brew for 2-3 hours.

Step 2

Cut the tuna and papaya into cubes. Mix fish and papaya with long-cut onion and finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with dressing and oil. Garnish with cilantro sprigs when serving.
