Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into circles.
Chop the leek.
Cut the pork into equal sized portions.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Grease the multicooker with vegetable oil and add pork, leeks, tomatoes and potatoes in order.
Grease the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese.
Cook the potato casserole on the casserole or bake setting for 1 hour.
Place the casserole on serving plates, garnish with chopped leeks, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy!
