Do you like carrots - their taste and bright color? Make this easy soup. If desired, make it more satisfying by replacing the water with vegetable or chicken broth and adding croutons and pieces of boiled or smoked chicken when serving.
Roughly chop vegetables. Fry the onion, after a couple of minutes add the carrots, after another 2-3 minutes add the potatoes and add water.
Cook until vegetables are ready. Remove from fire. Cool and blend with a blender. Bring to taste.
