Tangerines are the most delicious winter food and we associate with the holiday and the New Year! They cheer you up with just one of their bright colors.
Peel tangerines - remove all white film. Place them in an ovenproof dish. Zest from 1-2 pcs. cut into thin strips.
Pour the sugar into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat until the sugar darkens. Add water and stir constantly to make caramel.
Put cinnamon, zest and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add orange liqueur, cool. Pour caramel syrup into a mold with tangerines, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
