Step 1

Cut the baguette into 5 mm thick slices. Trim the crusts off each slice.

Cut the cheese into thin slices 2-3 mm thick.

Also cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.

Cut the orange into slices.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces.
Step 6

Place a small piece of lettuce on each slice of bread. Top the lettuce with a little mayonnaise and a slice of chicken.

Top the chicken with cheese, orange slices and cherry tomatoes. Pierce the canapes with skewers.
