
Prepare the sauté for the cabbage. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until soft. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Place in the frying pan with the sauté and pour in the water. Cover the frying pan with a lid. Simmer the cabbage over medium heat until soft for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and add tomato paste. Cut the sausage into cubes and place in the frying pan with the cabbage. Simmer for 5 minutes.
