
Add sugar, salt, yeast and butter to the sifted flour. Pour in water and mix. Knead the dough until smooth for about 15 minutes, then cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.

Prepare the filling: place the cabbage and onion in a frying pan with heated oil, add salt, stir and simmer until soft (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out flat cakes 0.5 cm thick. Put a little filling in the center of each flat cake and pinch the dough, forming a pie.

Place the blanks on a baking sheet, brush with yolk and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
