Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar until smooth. Add warm kefir and soda to the beaten mass and stir. Leave the dough for 5 minutes. Then add the flour in portions. Stir carefully to avoid lumps. The dough should be a little thinner than the classic pancake dough.
Prepare the filling. Mix the cabbage and carrots, add salt and pepper.
Bake the pie. Place the cabbage and carrots on the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the dough evenly on top. Bake the cabbage pie in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
